It’s one of the most common questions, often influenced by friends’ and acquaintances’ experiences.
Pain intensity varies by person and some may feel no pain at all.

Is it safe to get a tattoo?
Yes, as long as the studio follows proper hygiene measures and the artist is a certified professional.
Equipment must be sterilized, and the space clean and disinfected. -
Can I be allergic to ink?
Some people are allergic to certain pigments, especially red and yellow. It is advisable to do an allergy test before a large tattoo. -
How long does it take for a tattoo to heal?
The healing process takes 2–3 weeks. Complete healing of the inner skin layers takes around 3 months. -
How long do tattoos last?
A professional tattoo can last a lifetime, though it is normal for it to lose intensity over time. Proper healing and using sunscreen once healed are key. -
What care does a tattoo need?
In short: gently wash the area, avoid sun exposure and friction from tight clothing, and keep the skin hydrated. -
Can I exercise after getting a tattoo?
We recommend waiting at least 48 hours before intense exercise, as sweating and excessive movement can affect the tattoo and increase infection risk. -
Are there any exceptions for getting a tattoo?
If you have an active infection, fever, burns on the area you want to tattoo, are pregnant, or breastfeeding, we do not advise getting a tattoo.
